Booking your holiday
We require a 20% non refundable deposit to confirm
your booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before
arrival along with a security deposit of £100. The
security deposit is refundable as long as there is
no damage and left clean and tidy.
If you cancel your holiday
More than 56 days - loss of deposit
56 - 31 days - 30%
30 - 16 days - 50%
15 - 8 days - 75%
7 days or less - 100%
Note: Should you need to cancel
your holiday you may be able to re-claim these
charges if the reason for cancellation is covered
under the terms and conditions of your holiday
insurance policy.

Liability and Insurance / Assurances
All visitors are recommended to arrange their own holiday
insurance, including medical cover as required. The owners can accept no
responsibility for accidents. The owners of the 'La Plauderie' will not
accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage of any nature however
sustained to or by any person in the course of their occupation of the property
and the land belonging adjacent thereto as a result of the occupation of that
property or any activity carried out in the course of such occupation however
sustained, such activity and occupation are carried out at the individual's own
risk.
